Meet Sheri Borchardt

I’ve called Miami Beach home since 2004, but my journey began in Wisconsin and took me across the globe to Italy, where I lived for over ten years.

Licensed since 2012, I’ve guided clients through buying and selling homes with a grounded, compassionate approach, especially during life transitions.

As someone who has personally navigated divorce and the emotional complexities of selling a home under difficult circumstances, I understand how important it is to have someone steady and empathetic by your side.

Beyond real estate, I’m a mother to four children, ages 12 to 34, and have spent years supporting their passions in rowing, soccer, tennis, and ballet.

I’m deeply connected to mindfulness practices, attending retreats and embracing meditation and self-inquiry as part of my daily life. These values of presence and clarity naturally infuse my work helping clients feel confident, informed, and at ease throughout the entire real estate process.
